The Discmania Neo Method is an overstable midrange from their Evolution line. Discmania's Neo plastic is a premium plastic with a uniquely opaque look. It is remarkably easy to grip and can withstand a ton of damage. It's probably my favorite feeling plastic, especially for a midrange. The Neo Method is an overstable midrange disc that can be compared to Discraft's Z Buzzz OS or the Innova Halo Lion. This disc will give you a straight, glidey flight before fading hard at the end every time. It is my go-to midrange when it's windy or I need a disc to predictably fade. Beginners may be able to use this midrange for forehand approach shots, but it takes significant arm speed to throw backhand. We suggest you start with a beginner-friendly mid like Discmania's C-Line MD3 before moving to a disc this overstable. In the hand, the Neo Method feels almost identical to a Discraft Buzzz. It has a medium-depth rim that has outstanding grip for forehand or backhand shots. For a slightly slower disc with less glide; check out the Soft Exo Tactic or Hard Exo Tactic for approach shots.
