The Discovery Session is a deep dive into your journey with ADHD, your goals in life and the obstacles and opportunities that are between you and your goals. At the end of the session, you will have a good idea of where you are in your journey, a list of the top three to five goals you would like to reach within the next few months, and a better understanding of how coaching could help you reach those goals. Throughout the session, we will use some elements of coaching and I will guide you through your exploration by listening, asking questions and offering some explorative exercises. 90 minutes of self reflection can be a lot, especially for a neurodiverse brain! Bring water, snacks, coffee... and plan for a little bit of relaxing time after our work together.
