Wood Care & Acclimatisation: Wood is a natural material sensitive to changes in temperature and humidity. To avoid warping or cracking, allow the product to acclimatise gradually to its environment before use. Our wood is stored at 5–15°C and has a moisture content of approximately 16%. Keep away from direct heat sources and avoid sudden changes in humidity. Shipping Terms: All orders are shipped under DAP (Delivered At Place) terms in accordance with Incoterms 2020.
