The low resistance SafeTway mouthpieces, designed to simulate medication delivery for inhaler training in a clinical setting, allow for entry of inspired air to the patient but not back into the medication device. This device is an inexpensive alternative to dispensing chambers or nebulizing medication for pre and post-bronchodilator assessment. This product may also be useful in implementing a Respiratory Department's Common Canister Protocol.
