This package contains 2 pieces each of 3 different dragonfly designs printed on dissolvable wash away fabric with a sticky back. You can peel away the backing paper, stick the patc h on your fabric, then stitch the design. When you have finished, hold the stitching under warm running water and the printed fabric will dissolve away easily. Instructions & stitching tips included. Size: The circle is 3 1/2" across, dragonfly wings span approx 2", 4" and 5 1/2" . You can use any thread you prefer, but I suggest using a sashiko needle. Notes: This product will not 'gum up' your needle while stitching, and it dissolves away easily, but it is not like stitching fabric without it, there is some resistance. I find it easier on denim or through thicker fabrics to use a back stitch. A running (sashiko) stitch is possible on lighter fabrics. Show more
