The tour begins with a quick introduction to our co-founder and distiller Luke and the short history of the distillery. We then take you behind the scenes — from fermenting molasses for our rum, to distilling and macerating botanicals for our gin — all the while sampling the full range relevant to your tour, plus a few secret projects we might have running at the time. We'll finish with a cocktail and a chance to chat with Luke and ask any questions you like. Each date is either a Rum Tour or a Gin Tour — it's in the name when you pick your date below, so you'll always know which one you're booking. What you'll get.
