Smooth out for an even finish or rough it up for a dimensional shiny textured look. Add dimension and texture to all kinds of papercrafts, mixed media artworks, display projects, journaling, cardmaking, crafts, collage, scrapbooking and other visual arts adventures. Apply with a paintbrush, spatula, palette knife, finger or silicon art tool.
