Its powerful formula allows it to be used on a wide range of materials, with the exception of wool and nylon (polyamide). Diversey Clax is available in two powerful variations: Clax Oxy 40C1 10Kg and Clax Personril 43A1 22Kg, both of which are effective destainers for all types of fabric, including coloured fabrics. Furthermore, Clax Oxy 40C1 10Kg from Diversey Clax should be applied to the main wash cycle at temperatures ranging from 70 to 90 degrees Celsius, whereas Clax Personril 43A1 22Kg should be put to the main wash cycle at temperatures ranging from 40 to 70 degrees Celsius. Hydrogen peroxide is formed when percarbonate dissolves in water. Minimal fabric damage and colour fading can be achieved by following the instructions for use and using the bleach stabilising agent. Avoid contact of the product with bloodstains during the first 7 minutes of the wash, as bloodstains will set and become difficult to remove. Suitable for all types of fabric, including coloureds. Clax Personril 43A1 22Kg It has a medium-temperature bleach system that is stabilized and effective. Contains a combination of peracetic acid, hydrogen peroxide, and stabilizers. It has low viscosity, making it easy to pump and ensuring optimal delivery in the wash solution. Can be applied on all types of fabric, including coloured articles, except for wool and nylon. Simple to dose and use. Minimal fabric damage and colour fading can be achieved by following the user's instructions. Enables bleaching at lower temperatures, which saves energy and extends the life of fabrics. HOW TO USE How to Use Diversey Clax: Guidelines For Clax Oxy 40C1 Dose manually. Dose into the main hot wash or following wash in a separate bleach bath following the hot wash. Temperature range 70-80°C, pH 11-11.5. Dosage: Light soil 1-2g/Kg, Medium soil 3-5g/Kg, Heavy soil 5-6g/Kg of dry goods. For soaking: Dissolve the powder in hot water. Soak items for 10-30 minutes depending on staining and soil level. Rinse with potable water at the end of the laundering process. Note: Do not use Clax Oxy 40C1 for cleaning wool and nylon (polyamide; e.g. HTN dust mats and microfibre). Guidelines For Clax Personril 43A1 Dosing levels are dependent on wash classification. Contact your Diversey Representative for usage instructions. Please note the following: Clax Personril is most effective at temperatures between 60 and 70ºC The pH of the wash solution should be between 9 and 10 At pH > 10, bleach performance (peracid) decreases, while at pH < 9 acids will evaporate, creating hazardous situations At temperatures > 70 ºC peracetic acid starts decomposing and bleach performance decreases At temperatures below 60 ºC, bleach effectiveness decreases (consequently longer wash times are required to obtain a similar effect as at 60 - 70 ºC) Therefore, proper pH and temperature control is essential Do not use Clax Personril for cleaning wool or nylon (polyamide; e.g. HTN dust mats) Please note that bloodstains will set when in contact with peracid/peroxide and as a result, will be hard to remove. Therefore, it is strongly advised to avoid any contact with Clax Personril during the initial phase of the wash (t= 0 - 7 minutes). It is recommended to treat the fabric with bloodstains with an enzymatic product in the prewash. Safety: Always read the label and follow directions for use.
