The prized Madagascan vanilla absolute – soft yet deep, sweet yet dark – glows as the center of a carefully formulated mélange to magnify e very aspect of each of its magnificent facets by late Master Perfumer Olivier Pescheux. The fruity floral of juicy osmanthus radiates from top to bottom, accented by the amber-green of cleansing clary sage and dustings of cinnamon, while warmed at the base by sensually syrupy, sweet-spiced benzoin and an earthy-edgy patchouli bite. This is vanilla at The Met Gala. Notes include clary sage, cinnamon, black pepper, osmanthus, incense, madagascar vanilla absolute, tonka bean, benzoin and patchouli.
