Once properly submerged, remove and pour out the water leaving only the screen grid (where the radar plug goes) damp.Step 2: Loosely fill the Bubble Chamber with Baking Powder NOT Baking Soda and quickly wipe off excess when done.Step 3: Immediately press the Periscope-Radar plug firmly back in place.Step 4: Place the submarine back in the container of water and vigorously shake it a few times underwater, then let go, and watch as the submarine submerges and surfaces on its own!
