This chainmail bracelet is inspired by the stairway to heaven, also known as Jacob's ladder. It’s made using several Byzantine units that slightly resemble a ladder-like structure and serves to represent the connection between humanity and the divine. It also stands as a metaphor for transcendence, and when worn, it acts as a daily reminder to climb the ladder of life and ascend toward your higher self. These bracelets are made with approximately 205-260 handwoven jump rings, can be styled in multiple ways (i.e., worn stacked or on their own), and require up to three hours to construct.
