Prism is built from liquid silicone rubber — the soft, crystal-clear kind used in medical tubing and baby products. It's the softest tip we sell. In the ear it barely registers, which is why it's the one to reach for if every other tip feels like too much. The wide bore opens the top end. Cymbals get more air, the sound spreads wider, and a set that felt closed-in or slightly dull opens up. Midrange and vocals stay clean rather than getting thinned out, which is where Prism separates itself from most wide-bore tips. The tradeoff is the one every wide bore has. Less material between you and the outside world means less isolation, and bass tightens rather than deepens. If you ride a loud train, or you want weight in the low end, this is the wrong direction — take Foamax or ORIGIN.
