Some possible side effects include dry mouth, sweating, headache, lethargy, skin problems, gastrointestinal irritation, muscle rigidity, hypersensitivity reactions, as well as movement problems, and tremor. It is also known to increase the risk of having acute and chronic parkinsonism. Overdosing can cause symptoms such as somnolence, hypotonia, coma, vomiting, stupor, and convulsions. Dizitac Tablet should be used with caution in the elderly, women who are pregnant or who are breastfeeding, patients with liver or kidney problems, Parkinson's disease or a blood disorder called acute porphyria. It should not be used in people who are allergic to this drug or any other ingredient in it, and in children under the age of 5.
