How it works After purchasing the DJI Care Refresh card, users go to the following websiteDJIand activates the insurance by entering the card number and serial number of the drone to which the coverage is to be assigned. The caveat is that activation must take place no later than 48 hours after activating the Spark. When an accident occurs 1 The user reports the malfunction and sends the Spark to DJI's German service center with a note that it has DJI Care Refresh.2.The user gets a repair quote and based on that, decides whether to have the repair/replacement done for a fee or through DJI Care Refresh.(3) After selecting DJI Care Refresh, the user pays a fee of PLN 229 for the first replacement or PLN 319 for the second replacement and gets a new product or new spare parts, i.e. gimbal, camera, propellers.(4) The replaced product gets priority delivery to the user with free shipping.
