The U-Boat steel is a high strength alloy steel and used extensively in the construction of German submarines and navy ships. The specially bead-blasted submarine steel ensures a high level of durability, scratch and corrosion resistance. The dark titanium grey color gives the watch a utilitarian, no-nonsense attitude while balancing with its classic case size and sterile-like dial. Despite not being a dive watch, this phenomenal case of the DK26 achieves a substantial water resistance rating of 200m. With a tasteful diameter of 39mm, a lug to lug length of 48mm and a case thickness of 9.95mm, the watch rests extremely comfortably on the wrist, especially with its pleasing curved lugs design.
