Do Good Brew Apricot Beer is based on the same recipe we brewed the Rosehip Beer for Sasu Laukkonen and his Michelin Awarded Restaurant Ora.This is one of the few recipes that we n ailed on the first try. With rosehip it was an instant hit and the same continues with the apricot.The sourness of the beer comes from sour malt which we believe is the best way to balance the sourness and still get a great mouthfeel.This beer works well by itself but is also great with cheeses or creamy deserts.
