Rare original vintage travel advertising poster for the early Soviet airline, Dobrolet/Dobrolyot (Добролёт), by one of the most renowned Russian artists and designers, Alexander Ro dchenko (1891-1956). Striking colours, Constructivist style. Image features a plane flying upwards with text: Calling all! He who is not a shareholder of Dobrolet is not a citizen of the USSR - One ruble in gold will make anyone a shareholder of Dobrolet. The airline was formed in 1923 and was consolidated with other Soviet aviation organisations to become Aeroflot in 1932. Very good condition, minor restored losses, backed on linen. Show more
