The barking, sometimes known as the laughing, dog was one of Keith Haring's most recognisable symbols. Traditionally dogs have been depicted in art to represent loyalty and obedience. However, the barking dog is thought to represent oppressive regimes that demand obedience, which Haring was actively opposed to. Our archival pigment print is crafted using wide-gamut archival pigment inks on 100% cotton acid-free fine art paper, and is then expertly framed with an elegant black moulding.
