Bottled in Apri l following the harvest. Matures on lees for 36 months. Tasting Notes: Fine and intense perlage with a persistent foam. Colours range from greenish-yellow to copper. Elegant and precious olfactory panorama with notes of musk, humus, citrus fruits, brushwood, tobacco, leather, and eucalyptus. Elegantly balanced, rich, full palate. Explosive finish.
