Pre-Press G arment for 5-10 seconds to remove any excess moisture Temperature: 300°F-325°F Pressing Time: 20 seconds Pressure: HIGH Peel: Warm or Cold PEEL press for a second time after peeling the film. Use parchment paper or a teflon sheet for second press. **These settings are recommendations only and will greatly depend on your heat press.
