Dolciva is a standout Nantes-type carrot —and it shows in every bite sporting rich orange color, juicy crunch, and good flavor. Versatile for summer, fall, and winter harvests. Dolciva is an excellent storage carrot because it attains incredible sweetness when exposed to the cold in storage. You can "store" carrots right in the ground by placing a strawbale on top of them in late fall which prevents the ground from freezing and allowing them to be dug all winter long.
