The DoliDelivery mobile application is fully synchronized with Dolibarr via the shipping module. It was designed to help delivery drivers manage their deliveries simply, quickly, and efficiently, thanks to a modern, intuitive, and user-friendly interface. The application offers a complete list of scheduled deliveries, with a filtering system based on status:All, Pending, In Progress, Paused, and Delivered. Each delivery is displayed as a card containing essential information:collection address, delivery address, customer name, delivery date, and delivery reference. Quick actions are also available via dedicated icons, allowing drivers to directly open the call application or launch the route in the navigation application. By selecting a delivery, the driver accesses a detailed record containing all the necessary information as well as the data for the associated packages. Attachments such as images, videos, or PDF documents can be viewed directly from the application. In the event of a problem or emergency during delivery—vehicle breakdown, road accident, damaged package, or any other incident—the driver can quickly file a report in the dedicated section. Once the delivery is complete, the application allows drivers to confirm receipt by adding evidence in the form of photos, videos, or PDF documents, with the option to upload multiple files. DoliDelivery thus offers a comprehensive solution for optimizing delivery tracking, improving field communication, and simplifying the daily work of drivers.
