"Dom is always complex and sophisticated, and this rosé is no exception. The fruits are red and wild, the palate dry and salty with a wealth of underbrush scents from dried thyme a nd rosemary to fennel. The palate is packed full of flavours from front to back, aided by persistently tiny mousse that animates all the components before a bitter finish. It is a great year, and there is little doubt this wine will live through a full twenty years in the bottle.
