Installation Notes Important: Primo's current replacement thermometer uses a slightly larger mounting hole than some earlier thermometer designs. If you are replacing an older-style thermometer, the existing hole in the ceramic dome may need to be enlarged before installation. A drill and 3/8" masonry drill bit are required when the existing thermometer hole needs to be enlarged. A 3/8" masonry bit is commonly available at hardware and home-improvement stores.
