Just electric, full of tension and stony, earthy terroir. Light in body but seriously complex. The fruit is lead by red cherry and raspberries, straight from the vine, balanced by a fine minerality with white pepper and chalk. The finish is juicy and long. Winemaker Paul works with his brother Charles who together, have converted all their vineyards to biodynamic.
