“Don’t look up” came at the very end of the pandemic/ start of war in Ukraine. It’s the sigh at the end of a long fought battle. It’s the realization that we made it through a unif ying struggle as a planet and we used it to pull each other apart. It’s the realization that no matter how obvious and impending the threat- we will still be filled with pride. We cannot save ourselves. This work is watercolor paint on Arches paper which has been mounted on a cradled wood panel. The painting has been varnished. It is ready to hang by the wire on the back of the panel. Show more
