Not to be confused with Dopapen, the great coffee shop a couple blocks north of Good Cheese HQ. Dopamin is a white wine solera started in 2019. It's a real chaotic approach to blen ding vintages together every year with various amounts of Gruner, Chardonnay & Riesling, just adjusting until its delicious. This is Dopamin. Some fennel notes with green apple, smoke and herbal tea. A punch of citrus fruit, unlike anything else. Unique and special. Unfined, unfiltered, zero sulfur natural wine. Show more
