This photo was captured high on a bluff near Getaria, Spain. Getaria is a beautiful little town near Bilbao in Basque region. It was a beautiful day and the I went hiking out on th e bluff with the expectation of an exhilarating view of the bay that this cliff overlooked. The landscape was breathtaking but the real spectacular view was this small beach below this overlook. What makes this scene for me are the bright colors and the patterns in the sand of the people and umbrellas. Thankfully, I had my telephoto lens and was able to capture this image. This has become on of my favorite photos in my poprtfolio. Show more
