Though Double Agent W may have a cryptic one-letter name, it provides a remarkably inviting playing experience thanks to a host of player-friendly appointments and a stellar combination of pickups. The resonant korina body provides a warm, balanced, harmonically lively basic tone, and the roasted maple neck provides a little bit of extra clarity and focus. With an excellent basic tone established by the tonewoods, the HA5 humbucker in the bridge position and 9A5 P-90 in the neck position provide players with a thick dossier of classic tones. Reverend's world-famous bass contour knob really works its magic here, and it allows you to cop so many awesome sounds, it'd make James Bond weak in the knees! Fat, punchy humbucker tone? It also plays like a dream, too, thanks to its delightful medium oval neck profile and medium-jumbo frets. A good spy is reliable, too, so Double Agent W comes equipped with high-quality components like a Pure Tone jack, boutique-quality capacitors and pots, and a treble bleed circuit. A six-bolt neck plate for better resonance and an angled neck heel for better ergonomics complete the package. Well, there you have it, Wildwoodians! Double Agent W is at your service.
