Chili the way it's made in Texas. The longer it cooks, the better it is. Directions: Brown 3 lbs. meat (chili meat, ground beef, or ground turkey) in a large pot. When meat is done, add large spice packet, two 8 oz. cans of tomato sauce, and 4 cups of water. Simmer for 30 minutes to one hour. Add small spice packet and simmer for 10 more minutes. More water may be added if chili is too thick.
