We sold this one back in 2013, then again some years later. Still runs beautifully, but has suffered damage to one mainshaft in the meantime meaning the flywheel runs out. A very f inely made model of the double diagonal steam engine built by Langbridge & Co of Accrington which is preserved at the Bolton Steam Museum. The work of a retired engineer and prolific model maker, this one has recently come in as part of a collection of stationary, hot air and internal combustion engines, all built to a similar standard.
