Made just outside of the city of Utrecht, this gouda is half goat milk, half cow milk, separated by a layer of grape leaf ash. Weight: 200g Country: Holland Type: Semi-firm Milk: G oat and Cow Tasting Notes: full, mild flavour. The cheese is washed in honey, and honey is added to the curd during preparation, resulting in a slightly sweet taste.
