Handmade stoneware vase thrown on the wheel, shaped to a double gourd silhouette. Pottery is an unpredictable craft and things don't always go to plan. In the spirit of not letting imperfect pieces be thrown away, I list my functional seconds in the hopes that they find a loving home. This particular piece has two surface imperfections on the bottom of the vessel (see images). These are superficial and do not travel inside the piece, and cannot be seen unless up-turned.
