Brewing Tips: Double Happiness Blooming Teas should be made with cold, filtered water that has been brought to a rolling boil and then allowed to cool for just under a minute (180° F). Add one tea blossom to a clear glass or mug and pour the water over the blossom and steep for 3 minutes. When steeping, the tea blossom will unfurl into a delicate floral display.
