Back in the 60s and 70s, the plan was to buy a new pair of heavy-duty cotton duck canvas pants from the surplus store at the beginning of the fall climbing season and pray they mad e it to the following year. More often than not by the time summer rolled around they were thrashed and cut into shorts. The Doubleback Shorts are Big Rock Candy Mountaineering's wide-cut do-it-all short. Featuring a 100% cotton duck fabric broken in and washed out for a vintage look and feel. Big climbing rear pockets, zipper fly, and a button shank closure. These come with a 7” finished inseam.
