The biggest feature is that the habu, a pit viper that is indigenous to Okinawa, is said to live for over 100 days on water alone, and has a mysterious vitality. A living habu is p rocessed using a special manufacturing method involving soaking in 59% ABV spirits made from sugarcane to extract its power. Furthermore, 13 types of highly fragrant herbs and spices are soaked in awamori to extract the essence and scent of each carefully.
