DoubleWool Longs are Aclima's warmest long johns with an outer layer of 100% merino wool. The long johns are made of a two-layer material and the fit is tight. The waistband at the waist has been provided with soft merino wool on the inside against the skin for the best comfort. In DoubleWool we have combined two of our best materials, WarmWool and WoolNet. The design takes advantage of the best in the materials, with lovely warmth and the best moisture-transporting properties. The Woolnet is closest to the body, which forms insulating air pockets and transports moisture away from the skin. The outer fabric in WarmWool contributes to insulation and helps with further moisture transport away from the body. DoubleWool is therefore an excellent choice whether you are going on an expedition, sitting still on a hunting trip or just going out and doing what you like most in cold weather.
