Batch #4 This contemporary version of an American Applejack, made in the style of a blended Canadian whisky by blending of our whisky with apple brandy, and aging it for a minimum of 3 years. Aged in virgin oak barrels at our distillery in the heart of the St.John River Valley of New Brunswick, Canada. Chill filtered, no colours or artificial flavours added.
