ne; I'm trying to show the viewer that beauty can be found in places that we ordinarily wouldn't look. Most of my work is non-representational due to the abstraction of color, shapes, typography and forms of overlapping textures. Living in San Francisco has had a major impact on my work. Decaying walls, shipyards, industrial sites, and abandoned buildings have all been a big influence. The ageing, rust and marks on these surfaces are what I find fascinating and inspiring. I tend to walk down by the Piers because I'm always guaranteed to stumble across a surface that will catch my attention. Every time I head out, I'm always carrying my camera. I capture a variety of angles for a variety of compositions.
