This lab includes MS Learn content which is fully integrated in the account portal and lab environment. This course offers a comprehensive exploration of Large Language Models (LLMs) and their practical applications within the Azure Databricks and Azure OpenAI ecosystems. Participants will develop critical skills in integrating, fine-tuning, evaluating, and responsibly deploying LLMs for various Natural Language Processing (NLP) tasks. The curriculum emphasizes enhancing model performance with external data through techniques like Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG), implementing multi-stage reasoning using frameworks like LangChain, and establishing robust MLOps practices to ensure ethical, efficient, and high-quality AI system development throughout the entire AI lifecycle.
