Circle around the eyebrow, then move the electrode upwards at the center of your forehead until you reach your hairline. Repeat on each side for 3-5 minutes each. PLUMPY LIPS: after applying the Freezing Anti-Fatigue Mask (gel) around your lips, start below your nose towards corner of your lips. Repeat above and below your lips with 2 minutes on each side above your upper lip, and 2 minutes on each side below your lower lip.
