From the foot of Cetatea Poenari in Romania, this locket pendant contains a piece of Vlad Tepes III, Prince of Wallachia, and member of the house of Drăculești's favorite haunt. Th is imposing cliffside castle was reconstructed by Vlad III in the 15th century, where it became a defensible stronghold for the rest of his reign.
