Fitting Notes Requires a rated pistol belt (issued won't do it) with a D-shackle to carabiner onto. Dragline wraps under the casualties' armpits to maintain support to their cervical spine and airway under tension. The unique shape of the mesh drains excess blood away from the body during care under fire, and cups underneath the helmet providing rigid stability when fitted centrally.
