My Welsh dragon coaster, featuring my original pen and ink illustration of a ferocious little red Welsh dragon! A fierce little dragon, master of all he surveys, and very much in c harge of your tea or coffee or other beverage! A lovely and practical gift for dragon lovers, Welsh folklore fans, and anyone who likes their home décor with a touch of fire and dragons :) My little dragons are all very well trained and very happy living on your desk or coffee table, ready to guard against drips and spills.I loved designing this red Welsh dragon here by hand in my small UK studio, dragons are one of my favourite subjects, and this little fellow is a real character, one of my favourites. I have a particular love of red, Welsh dragons having lived in Wales for many years when I was at University. This one is very close to my heart!My dragon coasters are all made here in the UK in small sustainable quantities, from sturdy eucalyptus hardboard with a cork back (for no slippage!) and a glossy melamine finish, which is heat and stain resistant.
