My Dragon Scale mug has textural carving with iridescent green and blue glazing. I first throw these mugs with a toasty tan stoneware clay. They are then trimmed, handles attached and carved before being slowly dried and bisque fired. I then glaze them with 9 different coats of glazing and fire them again to 1220c to achieve this combo. The mug is approximately 8cm tall by approximately 10cm wide. Price is per mug. All my pieces are handmade by me in my studio in Dungarvan, Co. Waterford.
