The Outer and Inner rings are connected by three small arms. The variance between the Outer ring and the Inner ring varies, please refer to images of each size for variance. Diameter sizes available are 10", 12" 14" 16" 18" and 20". Larger than 20" can be arranged. Please contact me to discuss. Making tiered lamp shades is not difficult.
