Viking Long Seax Our Viking Long Seax has been beautifully crafted using the highest-quality materials. The blade has been forged using carbon steel to achieve the broken back seax shape associated with the Vikings. The handle has been hand-crafted from walnut wood with brass caps. The whole seax has been finished with our signature beeswax and linseed oil blend, which helps protect, aids in grip, and brings out the wood's natural grain. The leather scabbard has been hand-sewn and finished masterfully with brass accents and double bolsters. These are an attempt to recreate what likely would have been used in the Viking Age.
