Our high grade birch ply is sourced from Latvia, the show face is plug free, and has a little more colour variation than our Birch Faced Poplar. It can be supplied Raw, Sanded or with premium matt lacquer. Birch veneer faced Poplar ply. Superior grade rotary cut birch ply veneers with a 13-ply poplar core. We use the highest grade birch veneers with beautiful tone and grain figuration. We sand smooth and then spay with a premium matt lacquer which achieves a natural and elegant finish. American Crown Black Walnut faced birch ply. A-grade American Crown Black Walnut book matched veneer on each face of a 13-ply birch ply core. Our premium Walnut veneer has rich colour tones and striking grain patterns, making it an exceptionally attractive choice for kitchen fronts. After sanding, we spray with a grain embellishing base coat followed by a premium matt lacquer which achieves a natural finish. European Crown Oak faced birch ply. A-grade European Crown Oak book matched veneer on each face of a 13-ply birch ply core. We use the best Oak veneer available, and the book-matched formation creates beautiful grain symmetry. After sanding, we spray with a grain embellishing base coat followed by a premium matt lacquer which achieves a natural finish. Fenix faced birch ply. Please note: Colours will vary - this sample will demonstrate the finish, texture and contrast with birch ply edges. Created with proprietary technologies, FENIX uses next generation acrylic resins, hardened and fixed through an Electron Beam Curing process. At first glance, the surfaces strike for their super-matt appearance. By touching them, you feel how pleasantly soft they are, with the further surprise of leaving no fingerprints. Thermal healing of superficial micro-scratches is also possible. The rear of the panels is faced with a matt white liner laminate. Exposed handles and edges are sanded smooth and finished with oil. Formica faced birch ply. Please note: Colours will vary - this sample will demonstrate the finish, texture and contrast with birch ply edges. Formica laminate is built to withstand the rigors of daily kitchen activities. Formica is the original high-pressure laminate and is known for its incredible durability. Available in a vast array of classic and modern colours, you will find the perfect style to enhance your kitchen's visual appeal. We use the Formica Matte58 finish which is lightly textured surface finish that is smooth to the touch. The rear of the panels is faced with a matt white liner laminate. Exposed handles and edges are sanded smooth and finished with oil.
