Come on, everyone loves a classic V. We know it was Gibson® that started the tradition years ago, and there have been hundreds of renditions ever since, but when you think Rock'n R oll, you think of a V style guitar. We were going to call our V style the Viper, or the Venom, or some other menacing name with a V, but at this point, none of those sound right for it , so we are going to let it get played for a little bit and then see what name comes out of it.Our V Style guitar is our first thru body neck. When you think Rock, and you think Classic rock you want that gnarly sustain and whats the best way for that, a thru body!! We start off with a gorgeous piece of Mahogany, and after we carve the basic shape, we glue on the Mahogany Wings of the body. This way the Neck, Pickups, Bridge, Nut, are all on the one piece of Mahogany.On top of the Mahogany neck we use a Rosewood Fretboard with 22 Jumbo Frets on a classic 24.75" scale. The neck shaping is a compound C Shape. The Strings are a thru body ( thru neck ) design and uses a Tune'O matic Roller Bridge connected to some Schaller Locking Tuners. Under those strings are the heart of this beast, a set of Seymour Duncan Pick ups, a SH-1 59' in the Bridge and an SH-11 Custom Custom in the neck. Controls are a basic 3 way Switch, and a set of 500k pots with Push/Pull coil Tapping. Available in Gloss Clear over the Natural Mahogany, Racing Red and Cobra Blue. MSRP is $1699 Show more
