This tincture is a nod to my favorite coffee shop in the 90's. Dreamwalker was a place that weird teens went to feel safe being weird, broody, and journal for hours drinking lukewarm coffee. It was also part of the rave scene, and as any Gen-X er can attest, an era that feels like sacred capsule in time we would love to revisit, if just for a night. Unlike the medicinal qualities one could find at raves, this tincture is a blend of three of my favorite relaxing allies. Motherwort: the comforter and relaxer of strained spirits comes in first with her ability to disarm panic, overthinking and insomnia. Passionflower: my present fave for nervous system support and a subtler landing into a chill vibe or restorative nap. Last, but certainly not least, I added Blue Lotus: a sacred herb that was used in ancient Egyptian initiatory rites to connect with the unseen realms. Of course this herb has lost its potency over the centuries and is largely used as a frequency holder now to elevate meditative experiences or lucid dreaming practices. With these three herbs working together, we are able to feel comforted, satiated and safe, able to access the third eye or intuition more clearly and with less distortion that this world is intent on spewing our way- distorting our inner vision. These herbs requested to be blended together to create a space that allows for your inner truth to flow. Center into your heart, release your worries and allow Gaia to hold you in her palms.
